The following policies are established to ensure that we can provide all our valued clients the best possible service and experience.

PAYMENTS

We accept cash, Interac, Visa, Mastercard, and e transfers. Please note that gratuities are not included in your service total.

7 DAY GUARANTEE  

We value you, we value our work and want to ensure you love your hair. Our services are non- refundable but haircuts and colours are guaranteed for 7 days after your initial appointment. Within the 7 days we will make reasonable adjustments to your hair at no charge. The 7 days guarantee only applies to slight haircut and colour adjustments. Any major changes will be charged as a new service.

HAIRCUT & COLOR ADJUSTMENTS

If there is something that you do not love about your cut or color, we want to make it perfect for you.  Please contact the salon within one week of your original service and we will gladly do what it takes to make it perfect for you!

NEW GUEST HAIR COLOUR SERVICES

We require a complimentary consultation prior to all new guest hair color services. This consultation allows the Hairdresser and the guest to discuss the vision and pricing for the hair color service.

LATE ARRIVALS

All scheduled appointments have a 15 minute grace period. If you anticipate to be more than 15 minutes late, please call the salon to see if we can still accommodate your appointment. If there is insufficient time to do your service in full, we will need to reschedule your appointment. One late client can throw off our entire schedule and cause our stylists to be late for their other booked appointments.

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

Appointments can be cancelled 24 hours in advance by calling ________. We require at least 24 hours notice so we can have the opportunity to accommodate other clients on our waiting list. If you NO SHOW or do not call/email to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours, we will require a non-refundable deposit upon booking your next appointment. The deposit will be used as a one-time only credit towards your next appointment but will be forfeited if that appointment is changed again.

LARGE GROUP & SPECIAL SERVICE DEPOSITS

We do require a deposit (or in some cases a valid credit card on file) in order to secure bookings for groups, appointments spanning more than 3 hours, or for services taking place off-site or out of regular salon hours.

CHILDREN

We welcome families and children. However, for safety considerations, children need to be watched by a parent or a caregiver. The liability is too great for us to assume responsibility for children in an environment that has many dangers present. There’s no running allowed on the cutting room floor, playing on equipment, or disrupting other clients.

PETS  

Due to provincial regulations, the only animals permitted inside our premises are approved service dogs. We can’t allow pets inside, and we don’t want you to leave them in the car, so it’s best to just leave them at home.


PRODUCT RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your product purchase, you can exchange it within 15 days from purchase date. We will take defective products back within 30 days of purchase. We require your receipt.
